Order Approval
RPA · Human control · Traceability

The medical-order cycle,
automated end to end.

A platform that downloads, validates, approves with human judgment and uploads the service orders of a healthcare company — no manual spreadsheets, no re-typing and never losing track of a single decision.

4 coordinated bots
100% of decisions, audited
2 isolated environments (testing and production)
The journey of an order

From the portal screen to the loaded service

Five steps. The machine does the mechanical work; the person decides only what requires judgment.

1

Download

The robot logs into the payer's portal and pulls the orders and their detail, one by one, with no intervention.

2

Validation

It filters by validity and discards what is expired or voided, without reopening what was already closed in previous runs.

3

Approval

The operator reviews in a panel and approves or rejects. Nothing moves forward without that human decision.

4

Authorization

A one-time code travels by messaging and is validated within its time window.

5

Upload

The approved order is reported automatically to the provider's system and recorded.

Capabilities

Built to operate seriously, every day

It is not a script: it is a system with human control, scheduling, traceability and data protection.

🤖

Robotic automation

Bots that navigate the payer's portal and replicate the manual download work, anchoring to what the operator would see on screen.

Human control (HITL)

The operator approves or rejects each order. The system speeds things up, but the clinical and administrative decision still belongs to the person.

📱

Authorization by messaging

A one-time token flow over messaging, with a bounded validity window and round-trip confirmation.

📦

Batch handling

Orders are grouped and advance as a unit of work, with their status propagating to each service.

Automatic scheduling

Configurable scheduled runs and a task manager to launch, watch and stop processes live.

📊

Traceability and alerts

Every step is audited. Inconsistencies raise alerts directed to whoever must resolve them.

💾

Data within reach

Consolidated views and full CSV export — every record, honoring the applied filters.

Configurable without touching code

Quotas, timeouts, retries and log detail level are adjusted from the screen itself.

📝

Documented

A user and deployment manual, as-built architecture and operational runbooks come with the product.

Security and compliance

People's data is not up for negotiation

Safeguarding sensitive information is part of the design, not an afterthought. Compliant with personal-data protection regulations.

  • Data that stays in. People's information remains inside the controlled infrastructure; it never travels to external services.
  • Anonymized test environment. Validations run on a copy with names, phone numbers, IDs and emails substituted.
  • Masked secrets. Even at the highest diagnostic level, credentials and codes are hidden in the logs.
  • Isolation between environments. Testing and production cannot see each other: separate databases, users and access.
  • Deployment with a safety net. Backup, installation, health check and automatic rollback if something fails to respond.
  • Reversible decisions. The system never overwrites an already-approved order without leaving a record and giving notice.
Operations and infrastructure

Industrial, not improvised

Two environments, continuous integration and controlled promotions to production.

Two environmentsTesting and production, fully isolated.
Continuous integrationEvery change is tested before moving forward.
Promotion by versionProduction only advances through a deliberate act.
Automatic rollbackIf a deployment fails, it returns on its own to the previous state.

Less mechanical work. Zero blind decisions.

People's time for what requires judgment; the repetitive part for the machine — with every step recorded and verifiable.
